Information submitted to SISCOM
When you submit a site-survey request or RFQ, SISCOM receives the contact and project information entered in the form. This may include your name, organization, email address, telephone number, project location, stage, solution scope, and project brief.
How the information is used
SISCOM uses the information to assess and respond to the enquiry, coordinate a project discussion, prepare requested technical or commercial material, protect the website from misuse, and retain an appropriate business record of the communication.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with people and service providers who need it to handle the enquiry or support the website. Retention depends on the nature of the project, commercial requirements, legal obligations, and the need to protect legitimate business interests.
Your choices
You may ask SISCOM to correct or remove enquiry information where applicable. Do not submit confidential drawings or sensitive credentials through the website form; the team will arrange an appropriate transfer method when needed.
